How the corona crisis affects consumer behaviour and consumer demand for food products and services

The project will provide information on how the corona crisis will lead to changes in consumer behaviour.

2020

The project will provide information on how the corona crisis will lead to changes in consumer behaviour, on the extent to which these changes are expected to be enduring beyond the corona crisis, and how the implications this has for the food industry and for public authorities. It will help food industry to mitigate the effects of the crisis by adapting to changes in consumer behaviour that affect demands for products and services as well as changes in the use of different channels of distribution. it will help public authorities by showing how the current crisis affects possibilities for a transformation of the food sector towards more sustainable food production and healthier diets.
